It is the 7BENE™ method: a five-stage process in which an AI or automation solution is assessed, tested on real data, turned into a system that runs every day, and handed over to your team. The stages: assessment, priorities, pilot, system, handover.

It depends on the size of the process and on how quickly your side makes decisions. After the assessment you get a plan with dates for each stage.

In three ways: the tool is chosen after the process is assessed, not before; the pilot runs on your real data, not on a demo; handover to the team is a separate stage with its own deliverable, not the last day of the project.

Yes. The first stage is a process assessment, not technology, so prior experience with AI is not required. The first solution is usually simple, and its purpose is to show how this works in your environment.

Yes. I am based in Lithuania and work with clients internationally, in Lithuanian and English.

One decision-maker and one or two people who run the process every day. If you have an IT person or provider, they join in the system stage.

It depends on the stage and on your situation. We agree it on the first call.

You own it. The system, code, access and documentation stay with you and keep running without me. If you want someone to keep it running, the monthly tiers on the agent team page cover that, and you can also run it yourself or hand it to your own IT provider. It is your choice, not a condition.

Yes. The system is built in your environment, so your IT provider sees what runs where and can take over maintenance.

Every offer has a visible "from" price: LEAD AI agent leadership from EUR 990 for one person, or an EUR 1,500 base covering two people plus EUR 350 for each additional one for a team, AI consultation from EUR 140, Custom AI Solution from EUR 1,200, your own AI agent team from EUR 1,490. The intro call is free. The exact price is fixed before any work starts.

Fixed. You receive a specific quote before any work starts, once the scope is known. For a Custom AI Solution the scope is set in a paid discovery stage, EUR 490, credited in full toward the build.

Payment terms are set in the agreement before work starts.

The system runs in your environment and your accounts, so the data stays where it is now. AI model vendors and the data processing region are agreed in the priorities stage and written into the solution brief.

Confidentiality terms are agreed before the assessment starts.

The model and vendor are chosen for the task, the sensitivity of the data, and the cost, not out of habit. You can choose, and the choice is recorded in the solution brief.

Solutions are designed so that data stays in your environment and AI use is documented. Article 4 of the EU AI Act, in force since 2 February 2025, requires organisations using AI systems to take measures that support their staff in developing AI literacy. Since 27 July 2026 the wording is softer: no specific level of literacy has to be guaranteed. Training is one way to take those measures, not a required one.

You do. The system is built in your accounts, and code, credentials and documentation are handed over at the end. No lock-in.

Use the system or tools in their work, recognise where AI goes wrong, and evaluate the next automation idea: what to check, on which data, when to say no.

Article 4 has applied since 2 February 2025 and obliges providers and deployers of AI systems to take measures that support their staff in developing AI literacy. Since 27 July 2026 (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744) it asks for measures rather than a guaranteed level, and Article 4 appears in none of the Article 99 fine tiers. Training is one way to take those measures: it ends with an attendance list and a programme you can keep. That is a record, not a certificate, and nobody requires one.

You work with me directly: you talk to me, you work with me, and I answer for the result. When a specific piece needs specialist expertise I bring someone in for it, and the responsibility stays mine.

A limited number, because I take part in every project myself.

Because of how the work runs: a pilot on your data before a system is built, and a decision to stop if the pilot does not prove the benefit.
