How I implement AI and automation

7BENE™ is my seven-step approach to turning an idea into a working AI system: Understand, Break Down, Select, Orchestrate, Build, Deploy and Optimize. I start by understanding what you want to achieve, even if you're not yet sure what's possible. From there, I develop a strategy, select the right combination of technologies and build a solution around your needs. I test it with your real data, integrate it into your existing workflow and make sure your team knows how to use it. My work doesn't end when the system goes live. It ends when the system becomes a natural part of how you work and delivers real value.

Why this method exists

The hardest part of AI isn't building it. It's making it work in the real world. That's why I focus on more than delivering a technical solution. I make sure it fits the way your business actually operates and becomes a useful part of everyday work.

  • The tool is chosen before the process is understood.

And delivery means more than handing over a finished system. I work with you and your team until it runs reliably and you can use it independently.

    What happens
    I assess each opportunity based on its potential value, risks, complexity and feasibility. Together, we decide what makes sense to tackle first.

    A clear plan of priorities, with the first solution defined and measurable goals agreed.
    Who is involved
    You and the people responsible for making the decision.

  3. Pilot

    Does it work on your real data?

    What happens
    I build a working prototype and test it with your data and real-world scenarios. We measure the results before committing to full implementation.
    What you get
    A tested prototype, clear findings and a decision on whether to proceed, refine the approach or stop.
    Who is involved
    The people who work with the relevant process every day.

  4. Implementation

    How will it fit into your daily work?

    What happens
    I turn the tested solution into a reliable system, integrate it with your existing tools and prepare it for everyday use.
    What you get
    A working, documented system, with clear instructions on how to use it and what to do if something goes wrong.
    Who is involved
    Your IT team or system administrator, where needed, and my implementation team.

  5. Handover

    Can you run it without me?

    What happens
    I train your team to use the system, oversee its operation and understand the results. Together, we identify opportunities for further improvement.
    What you get
    A trained team, access to the system, documentation and a clear plan for next steps.
    Who is involved
    You and everyone who will be using the system.
