About this service
For one person or for a team
The same method at two scales. You pick which on the intro call.
- One person: one piece of your work, one assistant set up for it, from EUR 990.
- A team: an assistant per role, three moments per person, and your own person running the review in the final week. EUR 1,500 for two people, then EUR 350 for each additional one.
The team programme ends with an attendance list and programme you can keep as evidence that you took EU AI Act Article 4 measures. Both have an end date; neither is a subscription.
What you learn
Five steps you repeat on every new piece of work.
- DESIGN: define the agent's role, its boundaries and what it must never do
- DELEGATE: give context and hand over a real task, not a test one
- DIRECT: coordinate several agents and keep the decision with you
- REVIEW: judge output against criteria and spot where the agent is wrong
- IMPROVE: correct it and measure whether it actually got better
How the review works
Not slides. You do your real work, and we learn from where it got stuck.
“Why does it not remember that?”, “why is it searching so badly?” Those are not your mistakes. They have a cause in how the assistant was set up, and finding and fixing them is the training.
